Commissioner Felicia Brabec says the priorities are likely to focus on human services, building a financial safety net and&nbsp; providing the community public safety services.</p><p>Once established and approved, the budget priorities will be given to County Administrator Verna McDaniel to incorporate into her budget proposal.
