Ann Arbor, MI – An Ann Arbor Community High School student has won a scholarship to the Savannah College of Art and Design, and will have a piece of artwork displayed at the U-S capitol for a year. Liz Woodward's self-portrait was selected as the top entry in the 15th Congressional District arts competition. Woodward will be invited to the capitol for the exhibit's opening ceremony. Community High's Emma Raynor took second place and will have her work displayed at Congressman John Dingell's Washington D.C. office.
