Ann Arbor, MI – The Ann Arbor Transportation Authority plans to dip into reserves to start the transition to a proposed county-wide service. The board approved its 2012 fiscal year budget Thursday night, and is also looking for assurances that a proposed north-south commuter rail project is still viable.
