Ann Arbor –
The Democratic primary in Ann Arbor will go a long way in determining the new look of City Council. It's been a long while since a Republican has been on council, so if that trend continues, the winner's in Tuesday's races will make it to the council table. There will be at least three-new faces on council, as Ron Suarez, Joan Lowenstein and Christ Easthope did not seek re-election. WEMU's Andrew Cluley reports.
