Ann Arbor School Officials Take Social Media Threat Seriously

The Ann Arbor school district was included in a number of social media threats made to schools across the country.

Ann Arbor School Superintendent Dr. Jeanice Swift said they take such threats very seriously and are working with local law enforcement officials and have established emergency procedures as a precaution:
 

Ann Arbor parents are being urged to talk to their children about using social media and to report anything they see as a concern to an adult, parent, principal or teacher.
