Ann Arbor, MI – Area lawmakers have introduced a bill to allow second parent adoptions. The bill is in response to a 2004 decision by a Supreme Court judge which set up roadblocks for unmarried couples to share parental rights. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
