Heating and cooling journeyman contract delayed over policy issues.
The Ann Arbor school board has delayed a vote on a new contract for a heating and cooling journeyman. The board delayed the vote while it awaits more information, but the proposed contract also led to a much larger discussion on district policy regarding local companies, and those that provide a living wage.
