Chrysta Cherrie Takes The Helm Of The Groove Yard

After a storied, decades long career as host of the Groove Yard, George Klein has decided to step down as the show's host, effective immediately.

Over the last 25 years, George has been a rich contributor to the legacy of jazz and WEMU. All of us at WEMU thank George for the time, effort, energy and passion he put into the program over the years and wish him well in his future endeavors.

He will always be a member of the WEMU family.

Thank you!

Please join WEMU in welcoming longtime producer and substitute host of the show, Chrysta Cherrie as the new host of the Groove Yard.
