Ann Arbor, MI – Members of the Ann Arbor city council and Downtown Development Authority's mutually beneficial committee think they've come up with language to complete a new parking contract. The committee met Wednesday to finalize language for the city to backstop the DDA if its fund balance drops too low. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
