Ann Arbor, MI – For the third time, Ann Arbor's city council has approved a resolution calling for the end to U-S military action in Iraq.
On the fourth anniversay of the war's start, council voted eight to two Monday night asking for a bi-partisan effort to bring the troops home.
Those casting the 'no' votes say it's an issue that federal lawmakers need to address, not city council.
