Council Approves Commercial Recycling Plan

Ann Arbor, MI – Ann Arbor's city council has approved ordinance changes needed to begin a commercial recycling program. City council unanimously approved the ordinance changes Monday night, and approved a contract with Waste Management for commercial solid waste collection.
