Ann Arbor's city council has postponed a decision on placing a six-month moratorium on site plan approvals in the downtown area. Council voted unanimously to wait two weeks before making a decision on the proposed moratorium, plus a review of D-1 and D-2 zoning, and reconvening the design guidelines task force.
