DDA Proposes Parking Rate Increase

Ann Arbor DDA and city council hold joint work session.Ann Arbor's Downtown Development Authority shared its expectations for the coming year with Ann Arbor city council members.  Those expectations include proposed parking rate increases.  Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
