First Friday Focus on the Environment

Ypsilanti, MI – One of the Snyder administration's first changes to Michigan's government was the separation of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment into two separate departments. Now there's also a Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, all under the heading of "quality of life". WEMU checks in with the Group Executive for Quality of Life in the Snyder Administration, Dan Wyatt, to find out how it's working so far, and what lies ahead in protecting Michigan's environment and natural resources.
