This week, an examination of parks issues on Tuesday's ballot in Washtenaw County and the city of Ann Arbor. Our guest is Conan Smith. He's the Executive Director of the Michigan Suburbs Alliance and an elected member of the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners. Smith also serves on the county's parks and recreation commission.
