Washtenaw County, MI – Last week's election saw very light turnout across Washtenaw County where, in most communities, the renewal of the Washtenaw Intermediate School District's special education millage was the only issue on the ballot. Some clerks around Michigan are hoping to eliminate single-issue elections and increase voter participation. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
