Ann Arbor, MI – Ann Arbor's city council and the Downtown Development Authority are still working on final language for a new parking contract, but at least one city council member wants to cut the DDA out of the parking business.
City council met briefly Monday night but took no action before adjourning the meeting until May 31st to finish the 2012 fiscal year budget. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
