Ann Arbor, MI – Negotiations between the city of Ann Arbor and the Downtown Development Authority over a new agreement on parking revenues took a turn for the worse Tuesday night. City council voted nine to two to seek a higher percentage of gross parking revenues than either side had considered. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
