Pfizer Action Team Goes to Work

Ann Arbor, MI – Pfizer's announcement last week that it will close its Ann Arbor research and development facility,eliminating more than
two-thousand jobs, was described by Governor Jennifer Granholm as a 'punch to the gut.'
On Monday, Granholm met with local government, university, business, and science leaders to discuss ways the city and the region can move forward and turn the Pfizer closure into a positive.
