Ann Arbor, MI – Ann Arbor's city council has approved plans for a five-building mixed residential and commercial complex on the northwest corner of Plymouth and Green roads.
Council voted eight to three Monday night for the rezoning and the planned unit development agreement for the nearly nine acre site.
Gatway Ann Arbor manager David Kwan says three of the buildings will have mixed uses, and says the development will also include a bank and restaurant.
Opponents of the plan say they still have concerns about storm water management and heavy traffic in the area.
