Ypsilanti, MI – Governor Granholm and state lawmakers have said there could be financial rewards for local governments that enter into regional cooperation agreements on some services to increase efficiency and save money. The city of Ypsilanti has already formed some partnerships and is looking to do more. WEMU's Bob Eccles recently spoke with Ypsilanti Mayor Paul Schreiber to discuss these efforts.
