For this final 5:01 of the spring season, R.J. Spangler presents his potent and spectacular nine piece band, firing on all cylinders with a lively horn section that plays big band type jazz, from vintage Fletcher Henderson to bluesy Chicago style sounds, Duke Ellington and Count Basie charts, up to modernized, space age sounds of the Sun Ra Arkestra.  Personnel includes; Justin Jozwiak -alto sax & clarinet, Jim Holden - tenor sax & clarinet, Joshua James - baritone, alto, soprano sax & clarinet, James O’Donnell – trumpet,flügelhorn & vocals, Ken Ferry - trumpet & flügelhorn, John "T-Bone" Paxton - trombone & vocals, David Gadd -  acoustic piano, Shannon Wade- upright string bass, and R.J. Spangler - drums.
