Ypsilanti Township, MI – Owners of Pit Bulls in Ypsilanti Township will need to get their dogs spayed or neutered. The township's board of trustees approved the mandatory spay and neuter ordinance on a five to one vote Tuesday night. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
