VETERANS DAY NAME SOLICITATION

Friday, November 11th, is Veterans Day.

WEMU will honor those who have served in our nation’s military by reading their names at the top of each  hour on Friday,  November 11th.

If you’d like to honor a veteran in this way, please submit their name to WEMU by calling WEMU during regular business hours at 734-487-2229, or by sending the name to wemu online at wemu@emich.edu .

In addition to the veteran’s name, we need to know the military branch in which they served, and any war or military conflict in which they were involved.
