Ypsilanti – WEMU will carry the Michigan Public Radio Network's special call-in program with Governor Jennifer Granholm Monday, November 10, from noon to 1:00 p.m. The program will pre-empt NPR's Fresh Air with Terry Gross that normally airs at that time.
MPRN reporter, Matt Ferguson, will host the program that encourages listeners to call with questions concerning Michigan's $900 million budget deficit. The call-in is part of Governor Granholm's statewide tour to listen to citizens' concerns about the deficit and the impact of potential cuts.
The numbers to call are (877) 952-7870 (toll-free) or (517) 355-9527.
