A blind Michigan man wants to go to law school, but says he can’t because the admissions test is discriminatory.  Now he’s asking the US Supreme Court to accept his lawsuit against the makers of the test.

The US Justice Department is suing the Michigan Department of Corrections for discriminating against women who work at its only prison for female inmates, which happens to be in Washtenaw County.

A 20-year-old Detroit area man is suing University of Michigan's Board of Regents after he was charged out-of-state tuition at the school's Dearborn campus. Hussein Berry filed the class-action discrimination lawsuit Wednesday in federal court in Detroit.
