It was a split vote, but Ypsilanti City Council has turned away a proposal to put a hold on any new medical marijuana dispensaries in the city. As WEMU's Bob Eccles reports, the 1st Ward Representatives on council failed to get passed their requested emergency moratorium on new licenses for such facilities.
