The death of Eastern Michigan University student Julia Niswender has been ruled a homicide. That's according to final autopsy results from the Washtenaw County Medical Examiner's office, which says toxicology results did not yield any conclusive information. Niswender was found dead in her off-campus apartment December 11th.
