Ypsilanti, MI – Eastern Michigan University's contract with the school's faculty expired at the end of last August. After a brief faculty strike, followed by a few negotiating sessions, both sides agreed to fact-finding to resolve the contract impasse. The fact-finder's recommendations are due out by early April. WEMU's David Fair discussed the ongoing contract dispute, and the faculty union's expectations of the fact-finder's report with EMU-AAUP President Howard Bunsis.
