Road Commission Troubles Continue

Dog Park on Target for November Opening

Ann Arbor, MI – The proposed dog park at Swift Run park in southeast Ann Arbor remains on target for an early November opening.
City council has approved a 130-thousand dollar construction contract with Margolis Companies for berms, fencing, benches, signs, and parking lot improvements.
Parks and Recreation Services Manager Christen Smith says the park will have separate areas for larger dogs and smaller dogs to play off-leash.
