Ann Arbor, MI – With several members absent, Ann Arbor's city council has declined to vote on a resolution on the Argo Dam. Council members also say the proposed resolution was not supposed to be the final decision on whether the dam will be maintained, or removed. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
