Ypsilanti, MI – Washtenaw County's board of commissioners has approved a plan to transfer the library for the blind and physically disabled to the Ann Arbor district library. The plan was approved on a seven to two vote Wednesday night. Click on the audio icon to hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
