Ann Arbor, MI – Starting in fiscal year 2012, the city of Ann Arbor will no longer pay for maintenance of the Argo and Geddes dams through the city's drinking water fund. Council approved that measure Monday night, but also approved a plan for Argo dam headrace improvements that would be paid for, in part, by the drinking water fund.
