Ann Arbor, MI – Ann Arbor's city council has rejected rezoning seven properties on south Fifth Avenue to allow the creation of three new housing buildings behind existing homes. Council voted seven to four Monday night to approve the rezoning, but that's one vote short of the required supermajority. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
