Washtenaw County, MI – Despite continuing opposition from some union leaders, Washtenaw County's Board of Commissioners has approved a budget for the 2009 fiscal year. The new spending plan includes job cuts. It was approved on a seven to four vote Wednesday. Hear more on the story from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
