Election Preview: County Commissioners

Ypsilanti, MI – Since the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners switched to an 11 member board in 2003, no more than three new members have been elected in any election. On Tuesday, at least three new commissioners will be elected, and 9 of the 11 commissioner districts have a contested election, which could result in a dramatically different county board.
