Ypsilanti, MI – Eastern Michigan University officials say there's been a big decline in the number of burlaries on campus this year, and they're working to continue improving public safety on and near campus. EMU President Susan Martin, EMU's Public Safety Director, and other top administrators have been meeting with students and staff over the past two weeks to discuss public safety.
