Ypsilanti, MI – In his State-of-the-Union address, President Bush announced an initiative to reduce U-S dependence on foreign oil by 75 percent by the year 2025. He's now backing off that claim, but the truth is, little has been done, and little is being done to reduce the nation's energy demands.
