Ypsilanti, MI – Tuesday, February 22nd, Washtenaw County voters will decide a millage issue which, if approved, would expand the county jail, court services, and diversion programs for inmates. There are plenty of supporters and opponents, and the issue is further complicated by separate millage votes in two townships and one school district.
