We shop online, and bank online, and now we can seek personal medical care online as well.

89.1 WEMU'S Lisa Barry spoke to a Michigan Medicine doctor about the Telehealth Program, which allows patients to get medical treatment without ever having to leave their homes.

Dr. Larry An is an internal medicine physician and medical director of the Telehealth Program at Michigan Medicine.  He talks about how it works and the advantages of diagnosing and treatment certain ailments online through an eVisit now provided by Michigan Medicine.
