#OTGYpsi: Homeowners In Historic Ypsilanti Neighborhood Work Through Troubling Rezoning Issue

Ypsilanti's historic Bell Kramer neighborhood is going through rezoning problems, which has made some houses in the area practically worthless.  In this week's "On the Ground-Ypsi," WEMU's Lisa Barry and Concentrate Media's Brianna Kelly talk to Erin Snyder and Michael Simmons, two Ypsilanti homeowners who have experienced these issues firsthand.
