WEMU's Bob Eccles reports.

The event begins with a pancake breakfast by Chris Cakes of Michigan, known around the world for his ability to toss pancakes 10, 20 or even 30 feet right to your plate.

The event is also a chance to find out more about EMU's flight training program.

The pancake fly-in starts at eight Saturday morning at the Eagle Flight Centre at Willow Run Airport.
