With the holidays upon us, efforts to eat healthfully become more difficult with all the goodies offered at special dinners and parties.

They did some calculations recently at their office and discovered a 6-pack of light beer is equal to eating 4 and a half pieces of pumpkin pie!
Jay advises if you're going to a holiday dinner or event and are asked to bring something, bring a healthy dish...to make sure there is something there that you can eat.
