Ann Arbor, MI – Ann Arbor's city council has approved the site plan for an underground parking structure on Fifth Avenue next to the downtown library. Council voted 10 to one Tuesday night for the plan and the sale of nearly 50-million dollars in bonds for the project. Hear more in this story from WEMU's Andrew Cluley
