Ann Arbor, MI – A proposed 25 story student housing development in Ann Arbor has been revised, and is now proposed to be 100 feet shorter. Developer Dan Ketelaar outlined his new, smaller project for 601 Forest to city council Monday night. Council postponed voting on the project to let staff review the proposal.
Mayor John Hieftje says he's glad the developer has responded to community concerns, but others still object to the project receiving brownfield re-development credits.
Council could vote on the revised project in two weeks.
