Townships Threaten to Sue over Police Services Contracts

Ypsilanti, MI – The Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners is offering four-month bridge contracts to three townships for police services. Under the bridge contracts, the communities would have to pay nearly twice as much for police services than communities that signed four-year deals.
