After having the entire week off last week, the Eastern Michigan University soccer team travels to the Windy City, Sept. 21, for its final non-conference contest of the season. The University of Illinois-Chicago (1-6-0) will host the Eagles (3-2-1) with the action beginning at 1 p.m. CST from Flames Field.

The Eastern Michigan University softball team released its schedule for the 2015 campaign Wednesday, Sept. 17. The Eagles will play a 56-game slate that includes 11 contests at Varsity Field.

The fourth of 10 Eastern Michigan University Football Coaches Luncheons is Wednesday Sept. 17, at noon. The luncheon will be held at Sidetrack Bar and Grill, located at 56 East Cross Street in Ypsilanti's historic Depot Town. First-year Head Coach Chris Creighton will address the group and participate in a question and answer session during each event.

Eastern Michigan University's women's tennis team will open up its fall slate this weekend, Sept. 19-21, when it takes part in the 2014 Gopher Invitational at the University of Minnesota. The invite will take place at the Baseline Tennis Center in Minneapolis, Minn.
